FIRST HALF: visitors midfield was altered early into the period due to injury.
Hosts took the lead towards end of this half of even possession but superior home attempts.
No shots on target from travellers.
SECOND HALF: a second yellow soon after turnaround saw locals reduced to ten men.
Both sides made tactical substitutions but for very different reasons.
Gunners withstood the barrage without conceding again.

IN THE END: failure to add a winning goal from numerous attempts exposed Seagulls flaws.
