FIRST HALF: nip & tuck from both sides throughout but nil-nil after half a hour.
Visitors score first but hosts hit back quickly to level prior to halftime.
SECOND HALF: momentum was with Seagulls for much of the period up to 90 minutes.
Impact subs were sent on late in the afternoon.
Ref awards locals a penalty deep into stoppage time.

IN THE END: whether the performance was measure of continual maximum reward is debateable.
