FIRST HALF: early possession and attacking impetus saw chances created by visitors and two goals scored.
Hosts responded with a concentrated period of offensive intent and duly reduced the deficit prior to the interval.
SECOND HALF: Reds made an immediate change on turnaround. Within moments they were level.
Two further subs followed and then hosts led just after the hour mark.
De Zerbi reacted and tweaked midfield.
Albion snatched a late leveller courtesy of an away hat-trick.
