GOALS: 0-1 - 01 . visitors run up field and every ball evades a defender then arrives at an unmarked attacker.
1-1 - 10 . visitors score an own goal from a far post header by March after a deep cross by Trossard.
2-1 - 15 . CAICEDO blasts in a cross-shot from a pass by Mwepu on the break after intercepting travellers possession.
2-2 - 33 . hosts defence is caught cold on turnover from a simple ball over the top and travellers get a free hit.
3-2 - 64 . TROSSARD makes progress toward the left by-line and takes a goal-scoring opportunity. Assist by Gross.
4-2 - 71 . MAC ALLISTER puts away a spot kick when Trossard was decked advancing across the area.
5-2 - 97 . MAC ALLISTER finds the top corner from a dead-ball situation with a superbly executed f-k at the death.

FIRST HALF: in an opening series of split-second passing by visitors & lack of tackles by hosts a score got recorded in the first minute.
Locals were soon back in the match but went into the interval even-steven when falling to a basic route-one kick & rush freewheeling routine.
SECOND HALF: from the hour mark locals upped the ante and put the away outfit under increasing pressure in their defensive third.
The starting eleven persevered and achieved their game plan not long into the last third stage time-wise.
Alterations to on-field personnel & tactics were hardly necessary but fulfilled overall strategy in this early campaign phase.

IN THE END: locals will to win from an increasing position of stalemate within strictly enforced rules of football ensured a runaway victory with stats racking up to very last moments.
