FIRST HALF: nip & tuck initially with visitors competing for possession. Locals had chances while our away outfit laboured outside the box. It became something of a scrap and lacked quality.
SECOND HALF: Seagulls switched to a form of 442. Potter made his second change and again bolstered midfield. Pattern of play was disjointed and at times combative.
Problems concerning penetration in the final third resurfaced from previous seasons.
But the end justifies the means and at the final whistle the winner registered 100% of goals scored.
