A 35.6k all seater with a giant stand at one end. Visitors are housed in lower tier of Trevor Brooking stand.
From 2200 up to a max of 3700 supporters on a good day. Bit of a buzz to say the least.

80 miles. Go to M11 and turn for London. Pick up north circular A406 for south direction. Head for Barking and exit.
Take road off roundabout to East Ham. Straight on for ground in view. Some parking about Newham Hospital.
Have a day in London via train. Tube station at Upton Park on District Line.
