13K CAP; One of those hotch-potch, old venues - was 10K. Ground became 3 sided and due whole revamp but not enough dosh to complete. Away fans are in part of Rochdale Road end, was up to 4000 if required. Atmosphere can be ok if home fans are in attendance.

Plans on hold to rebuild both sides and one end. Broadway (North) stand rebuilt.
Plenty of room for a skip or two out the back too.

M62 J20 and A627. Turn to A663 for Royton. Approaching ground, turn right for Club car-park.
Stations in town and check alternatives before travel.
