Squeezed in among housing and updated in the change of century. An 11,500 sized venue with one low profile side. Away mob is on the open end behind west goal, in a temporary Withdean type structure (Brian Moore Stand). All a bit subdued and hardly a sing-song.

M2 J4 and A278 to A2. At A231 traffic lights turn right towards the town centre. Fork right and parking in the streets up the hill from the ground towards park.
Station is close and a short walk to road for away turnstile.
