A 6.6k capacity ground which obtained upgrading to EFL standards.
Away support on east side in Benton Stand with mix of seating & terrace.
At end of the Withdean era in 10/11, was a non-league ground.

Falmer years: BHA did not visit Boston during this period from 2011.
Withdean era: no visits from 1999.
