4 At Gresty Road, the carpark used to be redundant railway sheds. Don't call them the Railwaymen though, it's Alex - you southern softies.
5 Crewe actually won the Welsh Cup twice - why not more?
6 Their physio met an affluent woman from nearby Nantwich, who enjoyed shared salt baths. He didn't mind treatment but she didn't float his Crewe-less boat.
