During the run-in of our 11th season at the Amex it was 25 years since we celebrated surviving as a Football League club in May 1997.
On 26/4/96 the match against York was abandoned at the Goldstone amid pitch invasions and protests at the ground being sold the previous July. The fixture was later completed behind closed doors.
