Rochdale formed: 1900 . ground: Spotland 10.2k . . . nickname: Dale . . . shirt: blue.
nostalgia: in 2027 it was 30 years since BHA survived as a Football League club. 2026 had been our 125th anniversary and coincided with 25 years since first promotion within the EFL at Withdean from 1999. Rochdale were equivalent of a League Two club at turn of the century. There were 6 EFL meetings thru the Withdean era to 2011. We first met for fixtures in 1999. And last in 2011. Historically 2022 marked the 50th anniversary of BHA hosting Rochdale at the Goldstone Ground in Hove, which secured promotion to old div2 (Championship) in 1972.
