I wonder what the hold-up was, logically I guess his own personal terms or the player budget? Guess we'll have to keep guessing.
Next priority must now be getting Bennett to sign something similar.

Tanno has the same deal and I think that he wanted his own staff with decent contracts which may have been part of the deal. That's purely
speculation on my part of course.
When McGhee was here quite a few of the backroom staff didn't have any sort of contract and he suggested that they had one as well.
