Problems with password reminder function
Hi,
I've had to just re-register using a new log in and different email address.
There has been a problem with the password reminder feature for a few weeks.
When you put in your name and email and ask for a reminder, you get a bried message that your password has been reset and will be emailed to you.
Unfortunately, that email never arrives. I have tried this a number of times, to no avail. I have checked my spam filters and the message isn't
getting lost there,
Thought you'd like to know as lapsed users will have difficulty getting back into chat.
Let me know if you need any more info.
